Shipping Timelines

All artwork orders are carefully produced and packaged in Vancouver, BC. Below you’ll find details on timelines, packaging, and policies to ensure your order arrives safely.

Unframed Prints

All prints are produced and shipped from Vancouver, BC within 3–5 business days of placing your order. If you reside within Canada, you can expect delivery within 7–10 business days from the date of shipping.

For international customers, delivery times vary depending on customs processing and your country’s postal system.

Possible Delivery Delays

Occasionally, severe weather, customs delays, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery times. Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks beyond the estimated delivery date in these cases.


Packaging & Shipping Methods

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The packaging method depends on the artwork size and type, as indicated on each artwork’s product page.

Ships Flat in Cardboard

Smaller works are shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard package with ample internal support to prevent bending or damage.

Ships Rolled in a Tube

Larger works are shipped rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This provides excellent protection and reduces shipping costs. For works on paper or canvas, we recommend professional unrolling and framing upon delivery.


International Shipping & Duties

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment. If you haven’t received tracking within five business days, please contact us.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbours, or your building manager.
  2. Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
  3. Notify us — we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph both the exterior packaging and the contents before discarding anything. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is made to order, all sales are final unless your artwork arrives damaged or defective. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, size, or colour preference. Please review all artwork details carefully before ordering.


Special Requests

Custom sizes and print enhancements or embellishments may require an extended production timeline of 7–10 business days due to artist availability. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
